Failure of Railways train’s axle could potentially lead to a catastrophic event, resulting in risking lives, substantial damage to railway infrastructures, as well as loss of assets and revenue. It is therefore of great importance to inspect wheel-sets and associated axles by various methods of NDT, in a way that smallest defects are discovered. Quantum Rail is a fully audited company through RISQS, which offers combined Ultrasonic Axle Testing, MT and Eddy Current Testing in accordance with RIS-2701-RST and Railway Group Standards.

Q Rail NDT UAT inspectors are all qualified and certified to minimum of PCN (Railway Axles H1) and directly supervised by our senior NDT LIII engineers.
